• Encourage scientific missions and encourage granting scholarships and study leaves according to the current and expected needs of various industrial and research facilities specialized in the field within the country.

• Introduce information systems in the field of electronic and control engineering technology to achieve the development of curricula and research methods to elevate them to international levels.

• Conduct scientific research aimed at expanding the scope of cooperation between universities and serving the reconstruction and investment plans in the industrial fields.
