In the interest of her sovereignty to open channels of communication and dialogue between the Northern Technical University and its affiliates, the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, met with a group of university employees in our formations, Kirkuk site at the Engineering Technical College of Kirkuk, in the presence of the Dean of the Engineering Technical College of Kirkuk and the Dean of the Health and Medical Technical College in Kirkuk in order to bring the distances closer and to know their opinions, problems and obstacles that they face in their work to put effective solutions to them.
