As part of the extensive reconstruction campaign led by Her Excellency, the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, opens a computer laboratory in the Department of Architectural and Building Engineering Technologies at the College of Engineering Technology in Kirkuk, in the presence of the Dean of the College, the Assistant Dean, the Head of the Department, and a number of college employees.
