The President of the Northern Technical University concludes the activities of our university conference by signing a letter of intent with Alanya University / Alaaddin. The President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, concluded the letter of intent with Alanya University / Alaaddin, represented by its President, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Kenan Turtukdegan, in the presence of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Adnan Ibrahim Abdul Jamili, the Cultural Attaché in Ankara, Assistant Professor Dr. Maysar Younis Al-Abbadi, and the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Omar Rafi Mahmoud. The meeting is in preparation for the signing of a joint scientific cooperation agreement, which includes the exchange of joint expertise between the two parties and the holding of joint conferences, workshops, and seminars.
