Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr.  Aliaa Abbas Al-Attar, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Technical Engineering College,  Kirkok , Assistant Professor Dr. Samii Redha Aslan, and within the activities of the Department of Computer Engineering Technology, in cooperation with the Student Activities Division and the Media and Government Communication Division at the Technical Engineering College / Kirkuk. A lecture on self-development and life skills entitled “Self Development” was organized by Eng. “Ghaith Adnan” on Thursday 28.11.2024 at 11:30 am. The lecture targeted all instructors, affiliates and students. The seminar included several important main axes, including how a person knows the behavior that he adopts in his personality with others, which gives him the opportunity to have a broad understanding of the different personalities around him and how to deal with them to get the best possible result. This is an important matter for teaching and administrative cadres in changing their behaviors of dealing with others in a way that achieves positive results. A simple test was also conducted to familiarize the participants with their behaviors and how to work and strive for change.
