Mr. Jaafar Abbas, Deputy Governor of Kirkuk, visited the Scientific and Administrative Affairs of the Technical Engineering College in Kirkuk, where he met with the Dean of the Technical Engineering College in Kirkuk, Assistant Professor Dr. Sami Redha Aslan, and they discussed the mechanism of cooperation between the governorate and the Northern Technical University. At the end of the visit, the Deputy thanked the Dean for the warm reception and welcome, wishing the President of the University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, and the Northern Technical University more brilliance, progress and success.
