The Biomedical Engineering Department at Kirkuk Technical Engineering College held a scientific workshop on medical devices.

Following the directives of the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Al-Attar, to engage with the job market, and the follow-up of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Sami Redha Aslan, a scientific workshop on medical devices was held today in the Biomedical Engineering Department. The workshop was presented by Biomedical Engineer Mustafa Sabah, an engineer at Azadi Teaching Hospital.

The workshop aimed to familiarize participants with the nature of medical devices used in government hospitals and the operation of some essential medical devices found in hospitals and health centers. Engineer Mustafa provided a comprehensive presentation on the operation of ultrasound machines, followed by practical demonstrations showcasing various cases, differences in ultrasound readings, and the different types of related equipment.
