This seminar is part of the Northern Technical University’s commitment to supporting specialized scientific courses and promoting sustainability concepts in road design according to modern engineering standards.
The lecture was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Othman Hassan, who reviewed advanced concepts of sustainability in road design. He emphasized the importance of adopting life-cycle design methodologies, using sustainable materials, and employing modern technologies and smart methods to improve the environmental and economic performance of road networks.
The seminar was attended by a number of faculty members and staff, and highlighted the latest global trends in sustainable road engineering and its role in achieving resilient and environmentally friendly infrastructure.
