Assistant Professor Dr. Sami Reda Aslan, Dean of the Technical College of Engineering Kirkuk, chaired the fifth open session of the College Council for the academic year 2025/2024
In the presence of the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Graduate Studies and heads of scientific departments.
Where a number of matters were discussed, including: –
Discussing the decisions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the directives of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar
The Council discussed the results of the first semester exams, preparations and matters related to the start of the exams (Bologna first stage)
**Discuss matters related to quality assurance and institutional accreditation
Presenting the minutes of the scientific departments to the Council and appropriate decisions were taken regarding the paragraphs of the minutes. And discuss the promotions of teachers
Adding research to the scientific plan…
At the end of the council, the respected heads of departments were instructed to follow up the progress of the educational process and overcome difficulties for all faculty professors and dear students in order to raise the scientific level of our dear college and university.
