In the context of highlighting the importance of confronting violence against women and enhancing the concept of protection in society, the Student Activities Division, in cooperation with the Government Media and Communication Division and the Women’s Affairs Unit, organized an art exhibition on the occasion of (International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women)

The exhibition was opened in the presence of the Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Sami Reda Aslan, and the two administrative and scientific assistants, Assistant Professor Dr. Muntadher Aidi Sharif and Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Nizar and the official of the Women’s Empowerment Unit, Dr. Nada Sobhi and the official of the Student Activities Division, Assistant Lecturer Wissam Faleh

The exhibition included

An exhibition of cartoons explaining women’s rights.

A display of Iraqi traditional and folkloric costumes.

A book exhibition.

An exhibition of handicrafts. And Iraqi foods.
