Registration requirements : 

  1. The student is accepted into the department through the Ministry and a ministerial order is issued listing the names of the students according to the GPA.

  2. The names of the students come through the main registration/Department of Registration and Student Affairs on paper + a CD to the department in which the student is accepted.

  3. An admission committee is formed in the department for the purpose of registering accepted students.

  4. The student is asked by the department’s employee to provide the following documents: A. The original school document.B. School card. T. Medical examination of the student. D. The student’s identification documents (citizenship ID + nationality certificate + housing card + ration card) colored copies/number 4. C. Documents of the father and mother (citizenship ID + mother’s nationality certificate). H. A copy of all documents on a CD. Writing a pledge to the student. D. Fill out the electronic record form. Direct disconnection. R. Conducting a surety bond.

  5. The branch is determined by the Ministry, after which an administrative order is issued for acceptance.

If the student is accepted through the First Students channel:

  1. Ministerial order accepting it.

  2. Contacting the university from which you are transferring for the purpose of withdrawing the student’s file and providing the first stage grades and final average..

  3. An administrative order accepting him into the department based on the ministerial order.

  4. A university order admitting him to the university.

  5. After the student’s file is received from the university from which he was transferred, the main registration is addressed to him for the purpose of validating the issuance of the book received from the university.


Graduation requirements

  1. Preparing the graduate card for the student, where a graduate card printing committee is formed, which in turn prints and audits the card and follows up on its administrative matters in the main registration department at the university. Then the process of thermal pressing the card is completed after completing all its signatures. After preparing the graduate card, we can issue documents for graduates, whether they are documents without Arabic degrees, documents without English degrees, Arabic degree documents, English degree documents, in addition to the mural.

  2. Distributing an information form for second-year students that includes their full name, stage, branch, phone number, and email for the purpose of communicating with students and for purposes related to registration, including contacting students when needed.

  3. After the final results appear, an administrative order letter is issued with the results and sent to the main registration department at the university for the purpose of issuing a university order for graduation for the purpose of starting to issue the graduates’ graduation documents.

Note: The student will be given a clearance form before the final results appear
