The Department of Electronics and Control Engineering in collaboration with the Missions and Cultural Relations Unit, organized a special scientific lecture as part of the scientific lecture series entitled:
“Robots and Artificial Intelligence”
Presented by Dr. Muhammad Khaled Al-Rabiiey
Senior Researcher in the field of flexible robotics, PhD in electrical engineering from Michigan State University – USA, specializes in robotics.
Dr. Al-Rabiie has worked for Toyota and Tesla, and currently works for Robot Clone Company in the United States as Senior Robotics Hardware Engineer.
This lecture came within the subject of Robotics Systems and Artificial Intelligence for graduate students, under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Muntaser Eidi Sharif, and with the participation of the Master’s students of the departments of Electronics, Control and Computer Engineering.
The lecture addressed the latest trends in smart robotics and AI applications in industrial and research systems, and saw outstanding interaction from student attendees.
This event comes as part of the efforts of the Northern Technical University to organize training and scientific lectures for graduate students and faculty members, in order to bring the latest developments in scientific fields, and to benefit from the experiences of Iraqi researchers working outside Iraq.
