The workshop aimed to introduce participants to the concept of a stimulating work environment and the most important strategies needed to create this environment. The workshop also addressed the relationship between the work environment and sustainable development, and focused on how to measure and evaluate a stimulating work environment. The workshop addressed the advantages and importance of a stimulating work environment, as it contributes to increasing productivity, improving morale, and enhancing innovation and creativity. The workshop included the relationship between the work environment and sustainable development, as improving the work environment contributes significantly to achieving sustainable development goals through several aspects, such as health and well-being, economic sustainability, and environmental protection.
