The Department of Spatial Technologies Engineering held a specialized scientific training course titled “Celestial Mechanics and their Applications”, in which everyone attended

This course is part of the Northern Technical University’s programmes, which comes to promoting scientific research and developing student capacities in advanced engineering fields, particularly in space science and celestial mechanics, of what is important in modern scientific and engineering applications.
The course included the following hubs:
1. An introduction to the celestial mechanics
A general definition of celestial mechanics.
Distinguish between celestial mechanics and classical mechanics.
The importance of this science in the field of astronomy and space studies.
2. The fundamental laws of heavenly movement
Laws of planetary motion coupler.
Newton’s law of attraction.
Practical applications of astronomical laws in interpreting crimes.
3. Administrative movement
Types of Orbits: circular, oval and semicircular.
Orbital dynamics and forces influencing celestial crimes.
The study of planets, stars and moons.
4. Special stuff in celestial mechanics
Moon movement and Earth’s orbit around the sun
Effects of tidal waves.
Crime around the planets and planets.
The course adopted a variety of training methods including theoretical lectures, case studies, scientific discussions, as well as practical applications using specialized astronomical software and advanced computer simulations.
