Finance Division

The Finance Division is responsible for managing the financial accounts in the college, and each of them is considered a financially and administratively independent unit of account

* Federal operating budget accounts.

* Higher Education Fund accounts.

* Evening study accounts.

* Accounts of the advisory services office.

It undertakes the tasks of the Division in organizing, recording, classifying and analyzing the current financial operations of revenues and expenses in accordance with the laws, instructions and financial regulations, and keeping accounting records for the daily deportation of all financial operations according to the registration and exchange documents, including the consolidation record, financial allocations, the general journal record, the fund journal, the general ledger record, advances and trusts.
